We just returned from the West Coast Socialism 2009 conference with over 900 people coming from up and down the West Coast and across the U.S. to attend sessions during the three days of political education and discussion. Combined with the Socialism conference in Chicago two weeks ago, we had over 1800 people participate in the conference -- this is by far the biggest gathering of the revolutionary left in the US in decades!
