Join us for an organizing meeting as we work out our summer education plans. After our socialism 2009 conference everyone is excited to use summer as a chance to do some more in-depth reading groups. This week we will take some of the ideas that we generated in last weeks brainstorming session and develop a practical plan for summer study groups on us labor history, the LGBT movement and the history of the Russian revolution. We will be discussing and debating how to make the most of our summer education so that we can have a strong fall kick off --what to read when, how we want to organize the discussion groups, when should we take a summer break etc. Come and contribute your ideas and get involved in some of the summer reading!
